PRICES
· Check in must be between 4 pm and 7 pm. Check out must happen no later than 9 am on the day of departure.
· Prices are per apartment, not per person, and include 10% VAT.
· For weekly rates, in all accommodations, minimum stay is 7 days. Check In Sat, Check Out Sat
· For daily rates, in all accommodations, minimum stay is 3 days
· Prices displayed may vary without notice.

High Season: from 19/07/2008 to 30/08/2008
and from 24/12/2008 to 07/01/2009
Mid Season: from 22/03/2008 to 3/05/2008
from 7/06/2008 to 19/07/2008 and 30/08/2008 to 27/09/2008
Low Season: from 05/01/2008 to 22/03/2008
from 3/05/2008 to 6/06/2008 and from 27/09/2008 to 23/12/2008

Prices do not include:
Heating (Cost varies between 10 and 14 euros per day according to consuption)
Extra cleaning of apartment (10 EUR per hour)
Extra change of linen and towels (5 EUR per person)
Use of washing machine (3 EUR)
Supplementary bed: 30,00 EUR

Payment conditions:
50% advance payment is required upon booking confirmation and the remaining 50% is due upon check-in.
Payment can be done through a bank swift or via credit card (Visa and Mastercard). In case of cancellation, the 50% fee will not be refunded. Upon arrival, you'll be asked for a 150 EUR caution deposit. This will be paid back in full (unless there has been damage to the apartment).
