Start the day with freshly baked bread, accompanied by local cheeses, traditional cold cuts and homemade jams with seasonal fruit. For lovers of sweet flavours, there will be croissants, cakes and biscuits prepared according to traditional recipes. In addition to the buffet dishes, you can order express dishes such as scrambled eggs, stuffed omelets and warm, fluffy pancakes.
During the warm season, enjoy a light lunch in our panoramic veranda, which in the evening the atmosphere becomes more intimate and evocative for a three-course dinner that celebrates seasonal ingredients with a daily tasting menu enhanced by our chef Fabio’s creative touch. In the winter months, we are pleased to offer a small evening menu, thoughtfully designed for guests who wish to stay in and enjoy a simple, wholesome dish prepared with care. Upon request, we are happy to offer vegetarian, gluten-free or personalised variations to suit any dietary need.
Throughout the day, treat yourself to a break at the Wine Bar to discover the estate’s wines or enjoy an aperitif at sunset, sipping one of our signature cocktails, inspired by essential blends and the aromas of Tuscan herbs.
Sculpted in shades of green, the swimming pool discreetly reveals itself in front of the undulating hills and gentle vineyards that stretch to the horizon. It is like a well-kept secret that slowly emerges, just a few steps away from the breakfast veranda. A short path through the garden’s intense fragrances leads guests to the pool.
The water laps against the stone edge, creating an enchanted reflection that follows the gentle movement of the wind. All around, the holm oaks provide inviting, cool shade, a refuge from the summer sun and a well-deserved rest after a day spent among museums, Unesco sites and sporting activities.
